Family Building Grant Applications
Now Available

The Cade Foundations Family Building Grant provides up to $10,000 to needy, infertile families.  These grants assist with the costs associated with infertility treatment or domestic adoption.  As of April 2009, the foundation has raised over $80,000, primarily through individual participation, donations, and sponsorships of the annual Cade Foundation Race for the Family 5K Run. These funds have provided nine couples, nationwide, with Family Building Grants. Click here to learn more and to download an application.

A unique partnership

Shortly after the Cade Foundation was established in 2005, founder Camille Hammond met SGFC physician Dr. Frank Chang. After learning more about the foundation and its mission, Dr. Chang was honored when Dr. Hammond asked him to sit on the board. Since that time the relationship between the organization has blossomed into a wonderful partnership. Read more about this partnership, and about the first baby born as a result of this relationship
